Director of Business Relationships
1st Stop Group are a rapidly growing financial services organisation which offer first and second mortgage packaging, own lending, debt management and IVA’s from their head office in Blackpool and a number of satellite locations throughout the UK By combing state of the art CRM software we are able to deliver a number of wide ranging unique solutions to the broker and introducer market place. Due to continued growth we seek to appoint a Director of Business Relationships to complement our existing sales team with proven track record in the secured loan industry/credit broking market. As well as being able to bring in new business through proactive excellent business development activities, you will also be skilled in relationship management and be a general "all round client manager" You will be selling to owner operators, dealer principals, major players and Directors of household name financial service organisations The successful applicant will be well educated; self motivated and capable of producing results with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast paced SME. As this post is a National position requiring high levels of travel throughout the UK candidate location is unimportant This is a challenging and rewarding role with an excellent package to include excellent basic salary, car allowance, and bonus scheme You will require: Ability to build and develop business relationships with existing and target customers Strong understanding of Group products – cross selling to increase market share Credit & Risk knowledge Proven record of Relationship Management and Business Development Ability to negotiate and model customer focussed solutions Strong networker – developing and maintaining external relationships Interpretation of broker feedback and driving forward customer service. Responsible for design, implementation and review of UK strategic development plan.

Licenced Insolvency Practitioner / Director designate

Due to continued growth we seek to appoint a qualified Insolvency Practitioner to complement our existing IVA team sales team to work out of our Blackpool or Carlisle offices You will also be involved with and take some responsibility for operational matters, thereby considerably widening the scope of your role. Whilst we are seeking individuals who are licensed Insolvency Practitioners, we are also looking for more than that, and we are keen to find the best in the market. If you have the vitality and passion to help make this firm stand head and shoulders above its competitors then we want to hear from you. Role success may lead to Directorship within a two year period or immediately for the right candidate Role: Appointment taker for corporate and personal insolvency cases Manage client and third party relationships from initial contact through to case closure Help develop the business by developing new and existing contacts Work with fellow IP to maintain and improve standards and systems Manage a case portfolio, including WIP/billing Within this role you will retain the autonomy to validate the quality of cases, and ensure the integrity of your licence. Qualifications: Passed JIEB (or referred in one paper) Insolvency case management experience - including trading administrations Business Development experience an advantage Essential Skills: Good organisation Able to prioritise effectively Staff management & development Excellent communication skills Personal Qualities: High integrity Achievement driven Location: Blackpool or Carlisle.
